BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
The booking of rooms is made only through the Organizing Committee. Participants can not make reservations in the official hotel without notice of official organisers.
Before July 6, a deposit of 100 € per person must be made for the booking of rooms. After payment in bank, each clubs must fax a copy of the bank transfer to the Organizing Committee that will confirm the exact hotel reservations.

The balance must be paid on arrival in € in the hotel.

Each participant should send a copy of their photo to organisers by e-mail for producing a badge. If picture do not come will be captured on venue by organisers and 3 € for each picture will be charged.

DISCOUNTS FOR EARLY PAYMENTS

If participants pay all their cost till 4^th June 2007 either by credit card online or by bank transfer they will be given a discount of 5% from their payments.

If participants pay all their cost till 6^th July online by a credit card or by bank transfer then they will be given a discount of 3%.

The cost of bank transfer will be charged to participants. Usually money transfers to Turkey is charged 16 € by Turkish Banks Systems, even if the sender pays transfer costs. Therefore, if there is such as cost charged to organisers to get money it will be paid by participants for each transfer.

There will not be any charge for credit card payments.

TRANSPORTATION
The hotel is located on the Kiris/Kemer, 90 kilometers from Antalya Airport.Connection takes about one hour from airport. Transportation cost is (on arrival and departure day)  50 € per person if the transfer is made by in a group of more than one person. Transport for individuals cannot be provided.

VISA INFORMATION
Teams or players needing visa are requested to contact the Organizing Committee before July 6. If necessary teams or players can contact the Tournament Director in order to receive a confirmation of their participation to the competition.

TOURNAMENT BULLETIN
Tournament bulletin will be distributed daily to team captains in the morning hours. One bulletin for each team.
